Responsibilities

  • Help Google's clients develop high-performing assets with sufficient creative variety for each campaign leveraging YouTube's unique creative canvas, including trends, audience insights, creators, and cultural moments.
  • Utilize YouTube Analytics, Brand Lift, and Third-Party effectiveness platforms to uncover user behavior and insights, then translate these into creative recommendations for ads that can drive ROI for clients.
  • Guide and report on testing and Video Experiments throughout the pre-launch, in-market, and post-campaign phases.
  • Identify and execute scalable opportunities and programs, surface creative effectiveness case studies, and understand service opportunities and gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience developing client relationships, managing creative teams, and leading marketing campaigns.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
